Lilach has over 18 years of IT experience, out of which 14 in Amdocs leading different development teams in various Amdocs accounts.

In the last two years, Lilach is working as an Agile Coach as part of the Agile Implementation team and took a leading part in Amdocs Agile-Scrum transformation. 

Lilach holds B.A. and M.A. In Computer Science and mathematics from the Haifa University.
