For the last 5 years, Alon's organization is being under a constant transformation from a traditional waterfall organization, through Agile towards a SAFe based organization which is heavily impacted by the regulatory requirements of the industry.

As part of his current role, Alon is leading the transformation to SAFe based development in the R&D organization.

For the past 8 years Amit has been an agile transformation advocate and leader successfully leading change to agility including in the heavily regulated healthcare industry. Amit is currently heading R&D for Oncology Informatics, a startup like activity within Philips, the team and product are built to be agile and SAFe from the ground up.
