Playing SAFe games

Agile Israel 2016 Conference, Wednesday, June 22, 2016, 14:35

SAFe - the Scaled Agile Framework (www.scaledagileframework.com) - is the most commonly used approach for scaling Agile in large

organizations. In this session, we'll briefly go over the highlights of this publicly available framework and then play an interactive game to dive into certain aspects of SAFe.

Roni has over 16 years of experience in software development and software development management.  More recently, she has been sharing her experience in training and leading Agile transformations.

Roni has a truly wide perspective of the software development world, taking the roles of dev manager, and unofficially project and even product manager in some cases.  Roni has had the opportunity to work for companies in various stages: start-ups, growing/transforming and world-leading tech corporations.  Spending half of the time working in Israel and the other half in the US, along with her versatile experience, provides Roni with a unique tool box for handling challenges.

Roni is a graduate of the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) twice with both a B.Sc. in Software Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).

In her spare time, Roni enjoys being on the Board of Directors of Economic Empowerment for Women (non-profit organization).
